Ambuja Neotia has announced plans to develop a large integrated healthcare and hospitality project in Guwahati with a total investment expected to exceed 700 INR-Crore. The project will come up on a 2.88 Acres mixed-use land parcel at Fancy Bazar in the city. The development will combine medical and hospitality infrastructure within a single complex. Ambuja Neotia stated that the proposal received approval from the Government of Assam during the Advantage Assam investment initiative.
The project will include a 300-bed multi-speciality hospital along with a premium four-star plus hotel with around 200 to 250 keys. Additionally, Ambuja Neotia will develop the hospital on 1.46 Acres through Ambuja Neotia Healthcare Venture Limited with an estimated investment of 360 to 400 INR-Crore. The facility will provide advanced treatment across cardiology, neurology, orthopaedics, oncology, and critical care. Furthermore, the remaining 1.42 Acres will house the hotel, which Ambuja Neotia Hotel Venture Limited will develop with an investment of around 350 INR-Crore. The hotel will also include banqueting spaces, meeting areas, and multiple dining options.
