New York–based Tillman Global Holdings has partnered with the Government of Andhra Pradesh to develop a 300 MW hyperscale data center campus in Visakhapatnam. The company will invest 15,000 INR-Crore in the project, making it one of the largest foreign investments in the State. This move will further strengthen the state’s position as a growing digital hub in India.
Spread over an anticipated 40 Acres, the TDGAP1 facility will be developed in partnership with the Andhra Pradesh Economic Development Board (APEDB). The project is expected to create 200–300 direct jobs and around 1,000 indirect jobs by 2028. It will boost allied sectors such as cloud services, logistics, and network infrastructure. Under the MoU, Tillman Global Holdings will handle investment, technology, and design, while the state government will oversee land allocation, incentives, and approvals. Together, they will ensure smooth and timely project execution within the next 12 months.
