Ashiana Housing to develop 750 INR-Crore residential project in Gurugram

Ashiana Housing will invest an estimated 750 INR-Crore to develop a new residential project in Gurugram. The project named Ashiana Aaroham will spread over an anticipated 10.8 Acres in Sector 80. The development will include 542 units across six towers with a child-centric approach. 

Phase 1 will carry an estimated investment of 250 INR-Crore and will introduce 182 units to the market, with prices ranging from 2.99 INR-Crore to 4.19 INR-Crore. The project will also include eight retail units, and Phase 1 will target completion by July 2030 under RERA timelines. Each apartment will integrate a HEPA filtered fresh air system for improved living standards.

Additionally, over 9 Acres inside the project will remain dedicated to green and open spaces, including landscaped podium zones, an adventure forest, a football ground, a Miyawaki plantation, and a block plantation. Furthermore, Ashiana Housing will include a vehicular-free ground level with learning hubs, sports zones, and recreational areas to support safe child exploration and community living in Gurugram.
