Ashwin Sheth Group, on Friday, July 18, announced acquiring development rights from MHADA for a residential project in Goregaon West. The project will have an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of 3,800 INR-Crore.
The Ashwin Sheth-led development in Goregaon spans nearly 4.05 Acres in Siddharth Nagar. It will offer an approximate 12 Lakh-SqFt of RERA carpet area. Furthermore, the project will feature five towers—four with 44 floors and one signature 60-floor tower.

Additionally, the towers will house 2, 3, and 4 BHK apartments ranging from 800 to 1,600 SqFT. This Goregaon launch by Ashwin Sheth includes a retail component and luxury amenities. The upcoming project is proximal to business hubs and transport corridors. Also, the area’s rising demand for premium housing aligns with the group’s expansion strategy.
