Blackstone Group plans 10,000 INR-Crore hyperscale data center development in Chennai

Blackstone Group is set to invest an estimate of 10,000 INR-Crore to build its largest hyperscale data center in Ambattur, Chennai. Additionally, the investment signals confidence in the market’s long-term digital potential.

Lumina CloudInfra has acquired an anticipated 16 Acres of land parcel for over 500 INR-Crore. The facility will support an initial IT load capacity of 216 MW. Furthermore, the project will cater to cloud, AI, and enterprise data demand.
