Brigade Enterprises launched a new residential project in Bengaluru through an exchange filing on Saturday, August 23. The company confirmed that the project, called Brigade Lakecrest, will follow a joint development model. The total development will span approximately 9.33 Lakh-SqFt.
Moreover, the company stated that Brigade Lakecrest will rise near Bhattarahalli Lake on Old Madras Road. The project secured RERA approval on June 24, 2025. Brigade Group targets completion by March 2030. The design includes 604 premium residences in 1, 2, and 3 BHK formats. Additionally, the site sits close to employment zones and social hubs such as Whitefield, Marathahalli, and Indiranagar.
