Capacite Infraprojects Ltd has secured a letter of intent (LoI) worth an estimated 537 INR-Crore from TenX Realty, a subsidiary of Raymond. The mandate covers multiple buildings within an integrated development in Thane (West), Maharashtra.
Under the contract, Capacite will construct three residential towers – F, G and NTA along with a dedicated retail building. These components form part of the Address by GS-3 and Invictus-2 developments. The scope primarily involves structural and civil construction of high-rise towers. Additionally, the company will execute works related to podium levels, vertical cores and commercial space infrastructure linked to the retail block. The development further combines residential and commercial assets within a planned urban layout.

Furthermore, the mandate strengthens Capacite’s execution pipeline in premium residential construction and mixed-use urban projects. With Capacite Infraprojects LoI , the company expands its order book in large-scale high-rise development and reinforces its position in western India’s real estate construction segment.
