Ceigall India wins 509 INR-Crore road project in Mohali

Ceigall India received an award on Monday, September 15, and emerged as the lowest bidder for the road project in Punjab. The project, located in Mohali will be developed at an estimated 509.2 INR-Crore.

The Greater Mohali Area Development Authority awarded the work to Ceigall India for the development of roads in Aerotropolis, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar district. The scope of work includes the construction of internal road networks within Pockets B, C, and D of Aerotropolis City. Additionally, it covers civil works, allied public health services, and electrical installations to support the urban infrastructure.

The company will execute construction within 24 months, followed by 36 months of defect liability. Moreover, Ceigall India will submit a performance bank guarantee worth 5% of the project. Furthermore, the Board of Ceigall India will meet on September 18 to discuss a Scheme of Arrangement. The plan merges Ceigall Infra Projects with C & C Construction Ltd for future synergy.
