Ceigall India LTD achieves a major milestone as the company wins a major contract from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Ltd (MSEDCL). The company secured an estimated 712.16 INR-Crore contract for developing a solar photovoltaic power projects.
Ceigall India will design, construct, and maintain the solar plants while supplying power under a 25-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with MSEDCL. The project aims to develop 190 MW (AC) solar photovoltaic power plants under the Mukhyamantri Saur Krushi Vahini Yojana (MSKVY) 2.0. It will span four districts in Maharashtra, reflecting the state’s strong commitment to clean and sustainable energy.

As per the company’s filing, Ceigall must complete the projects within 18 months of receiving the award. After completion, the company will operate and maintain the facilities for the full contractual period. Furthermore, this project by the Ceigall supports Maharashtra’s green energy goals under MSKVY 2.0 and encourages solar adoption for agricultural consumers.
