City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra (CIDCO) has floated a tender to develop the Navi Mumbai corporate park project at Kharghar. The proposed commercial hub will span nearly 120 Acres. It will be implemented under Maharashtra’s Theme-Based and Iconic City Development policy. Authorities have invited bids from private developers to undertake the project through a competitive bidding process.

The development will create an International Corporate Park designed to host corporate offices, financial institutions, commercial establishments, and mixed-use developments. Furthermore, the selected developer will execute the project under a Construction and Development Operator (CDO) agreement. The project will follow a 20-year construction and development timeline, allowing phased development of office spaces, commercial complexes, and supporting infrastructure within the site.
