County Group has purchased an anticipated 5 Acres land parcel in Noida through a state-run auction for an estimated 473 INR-Crore, marking another major investment in the region. The developer plans to build a premium housing project on the plot as demand grows in high-growth neighbourhoods. With this move, the company strengthens its footprint across key real estate hubs, and the County Group Noida land acquisition further reflects strong confidence in the market.
Furthermore, the developer will create 226 luxury residential units across nearly 11 Lakh-SqFt of built-up space in Sector 151, Noida. The area benefits from ongoing infrastructure development and improved connectivity, especially with the upcoming international airport. Although the project timeline has yet to be announced, the scale and location indicate a well-planned residential community.

The company delivered over 40 Lakh-SqFt across three projects in 2024, further strengthening its position as a leading developer in Delhi-NCR. Meanwhile, the recent County Group Noida land acquisition aligns with rising property values and increasing buyer interest in prime locations.
