Cygnett Hotels & Resorts has announced its ninth signing in India’s northeastern region with the launch of Cygnett Park Guwahati. The premium midscale hotel is being developed in partnership with SRKS Hospitalities Pvt Ltd and is set to open by July 2026.
Strategically located at the Guwahati–Meghalaya border, the hotel will offer 108 rooms and suites. It will feature a rooftop specialty restaurant, an all-day dining venue with alfresco seating, and a dedicated vegetarian outlet. These culinary spaces will reflect Cygnett’s signature “Cygnetture” philosophy.

Additionally, Cygnett Hotels, Guwahati will feature 9,000 SqFt of banqueting and meeting spaces, a spa, gym, swimming pool, and other wellness amenities. Positioned just 45 minutes from Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport and 15 minutes from the city centre, it aims to serve both business and leisure travellers.
