DEC Infrastructure has secured a 2,000 INR-Crore contract from the Central Government to build residential facilities for employees in New Delhi. DEC has received the award from the Central Public Works Department to redevelop the General Pool Residential Colony at Sriniwaspuri in the Capital.
The residential facilities include 3,112 2BHK flats, each measuring around 1,100 SqFt. In addition, the work will cover 16 residential blocks across 20.86 Acres of land. The plan features high-rise units with single-basement, stilt, and three-level podium parking. Furthermore, it provides a multi-level car park, a community center, and a CGHS dispensary.
