Della partners with Alfavision for 2,000 INR-Crore Madhya Pradesh hospitality project

Della Resorts & Adventure has partnered with Alfavision Overseas India Limited to develop a large-scale Madhya Pradesh hospitality project. The proposed development carries an estimated investment of 2,000 INR-Crore and will be located in Saras Village. The project aims to create an integrated hospitality and tourism destination in the state.

The project will be developed over an anticipated 220 Acres of land parcel. The development will further include luxury hospitality infrastructure, experiential resorts, and recreational facilities designed to attract domestic and international tourists. Plans include accommodation facilities, event venues, leisure amenities, and entertainment spaces within the integrated destination. Additionally, the development will include wellness facilities, adventure park attractions, and other residential and non-residential components. The project will combine hospitality infrastructure with experiential tourism offerings as part of its master plan.

Once completed, the Madhya Pradesh hospitality project is expected to strengthen tourism infrastructure in the state. The development will also support regional economic activity and attract investment in hospitality and leisure infrastructure.
