Elan Group has awarded a construction contract valued at an estimated 1,000 INR-Crore through a Letter of Intent (LOI) in Gurugram. The LOI appoints Leighton India, part of the CIMIC Group, for the construction of “Elan The Mark” in Sector 106 on Dwarka Expressway. Moreover, the location offers direct connectivity to key NCR markets, supporting large-scale commercial construction.
Elan The Mark covers approximately 5.5 MillionSqFt of built-up area and forms part of a larger township spread across 50 Acres. Additionally, the construction scope includes extensive civil and structural works across present and future phases. The development combines a high-end mall, high-street retail, A-Grade office spaces, hospitality assets, and branded residences.

Furthermore, the Elan Group project in Gurugram includes the involvement of international consultants. LERA, New York, will lead the structural design, while Thornton Tomasetti will contribute global engineering expertise focused on performance and sustainability.
