Embassy Developments receives MahaRERA approval for first Alibaug project

Embassy Developments Ltd has received approval from the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) for Phase I of its first residential development in Alibaug. It has an estimated gross development value (GDV) of 400 INR-Crore. The project is located within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).

Embassy Developments will develop the approved phase under the name “Embassy Serenity”. The project will span an anticipated 7 Acres and cover approximately 0.2 Million-SqFt of carpet area. Consequently, in Phase I, the company will construct five G+5 towers comprising 52 residences. It will offer the units in duplex and simplex configurations. Meanwhile, The company plans to launch the project in the current quarter and target possession by 2030.

The master plan allocates over 52% of the site to open and green spaces. It also includes a traffic-free podium design to enhance internal circulation. The project will feature landscaped areas and curated amenities. Additionally, the residences will be professionally managed with lifestyle-oriented services.

Embassy Developments Alibaug is positioning the project to address rising demand for premium second homes near Mumbai. Alibaug continues to attract residential interest due to its coastal location and connectivity to MMR. The 400 INR-Crore GDV development strengthens the company’s residential portfolio in Maharashtra and expands its presence in emerging lifestyle destinations.
