Embassy Developments to invest 4,500 INR-Crore in luxury residential projects across Mumbai

Embassy Developments Ltd plans an estimated investment of 4,500 INR-Crore to build luxury residential projects in Mumbai. The developments will come up across key locations, including Worli, Juhu, and Alibaug.

These upcoming projects will span nearly 1.58 Million-SqFt and together hold a GDV of more than 12,000 INR-Crore. The flagship project in Worli, Embassy Citadel, will deliver ultra-luxury homes with a GDV of over 8,800 INR-Crore. Additionally, the single-tower will cover around 1 Million-SqFt of RERA carpet area and offer 3, 4, and 5 BHK apartments along with two triplex mansions.

Additionally, in Juhu, Embassy Developments plans a luxury residential project spanning about 0.33 Million-SqFt of RERA carpet area. The project will feature nearly 50 large homes designed for multi-generational families in Mumbai. It will carry an estimated GDV of 3,000 INR-Crore. Furthermore, the 0.2 Million-SqFt Alibaug project will feature low-rise, resort-style residences aimed at second-home buyers with a GDV of 400 INR-Crore.
