Gaurs Group will invest an estimated 100 INR-Crore to set up a precast manufacturing plant in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The company signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Elematic India, an arm of Finland-based Elematic Group. The MoU was signed on Thursday, February 19, and covers sourcing precast concrete technology.
Furthermore, the facility will be developed on an anticipated 5 Acres of land in Noida. The plant will manufacture slabs, columns, beams and walls. It will become operational within 6 months of commencement.
