GHD Group has announced the launch of ‘GHD Sky Park‘, a premium branded residential development in South Goa. The project will be integrated with managed serviced apartments operated by Royal Orchid Beach Resort & Spa. Located at Fatorda, Madgaon, the development adds momentum to Goa’s fast-evolving lifestyle and hospitality-led real estate market.
The project will be executed in two phases. Construction is scheduled to begin in January 2026, with overall completion targeted by December 2029. The total investment is estimated at 180 INR-Crore, while the project is expected to generate a value potential of 380–400 INR-Crore.

Spread across 3.5 Lakh-SqFt, GHD Sky Park will comprise a basement plus nine floors. It will offer around 280 premium branded apartments, including studio, 1, and 2 BHK units. Each unit further optimizes space, functionality, and comfort, reflecting contemporary urban living preferences.
