Godrej Properties Ltd (GPL) has become the highest bidder for a premium 5 Acres land parcel in Neopolis, Kokapet, Hyderabad. The e-auction was conducted by the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA). The proposed project will offer around 2.5 Million-SqFt of saleable area and has an estimated revenue potential of 4,150 INR-Crore. This acquisition supports the company’s strategy to expand in key real estate markets.
The 5 Acres parcel in Neopolis, Kokapet, will transform into a premium residential project for high-income homebuyers. HMDA will issue the allotment letters soon. Godrej Properties has not announced the construction timeline yet, although the company plans to make this development a flagship project in Hyderabad. Its strategic location and size will significantly enhance the company’s portfolio in the region.
