Delhi NCR-based developer Greenbay Infra has launched a new luxury project named ‘The Monarque’ along the Yamuna Expressway. With an estimated investment of 400 INR-Crore, the company expects to generate a potential revenue of 1,000 INR-Crore.
The Monarque spans an anticipated 4.22 Acres within Greenbay Golf Village in Sector 22D of the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) region. The development will have around 300 units spread across three residential towers, each rising 28 floors. It also offers limited-edition 3.5 and 4.5 BHK residences, designed for privacy, sophistication, and resort-style living.

Additionally, The Monarque sets a new benchmark in luxury living, blending architectural finesse with golf-side living. This new luxury project promises residents an elevated lifestyle and further strengthens the company’s position in the premium residential segment, said Mohit Kumar, head of strategy at Greenbay Infrastructure.
