The Government of Gujarat signed a 25,000 INR-Crore Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with L&T Vyom to set up a 250 MW data center complex at Dholera Special Investment Region (SIR). Officials signed the MoU during the investor summit in Ahmedabad.
Under the agreement, L&T Vyom will develop a hyperscale data center park spanning multiple campuses within Dholera SIR. Additionally, the facilities will include critical infrastructure components like redundant power systems, high-speed connectivity, cooling systems, and disaster-resilient architecture.

L&T Vyom will execute the project in phases over the coming years. The company has targeted to secure necessary clearances and begin early works within the current financial year. Meanwhile, the company plans to attract global technology firms and enterprise customers to the data center park. It will leverage Gujarat’s strategic location and strong connectivity to support this expansion.
The Dholera SIR site will benefit from planned infrastructure upgrades. These include high-capacity power links and optical fibre networks. The location also offers proximity to major urban demand centers. Consequently, the agreement with L&T Vyom marks a strategic milestone in expanding large-scale technology projects in Gujarat.
