Hilton has signed its second property in Hyderabad, ‘Hilton Hyderabad Gachibowli’, a landmark business and convention hotel slated to open in January 2029. Developed in partnership with Shree Venkateshwara Hotels and Convention, the hotel will be strategically located on ISB Road in Gachibowli, one of India’s most prominent commercial corridors.
The 304-key property will feature:
- Indoor and outdoor pools, spa, and fitness facilities
- One of Hyderabad’s largest convention centers with 62,000 SqFt of event space
- Three ballrooms, a junior ballroom, and multiple meeting halls
- All-day dining, two specialty restaurants, two bars, and an executive lounge

This new venture complements the soon-to-open Hilton Hyderabad Genome Valley Resort & Spa, reinforcing Hilton’s commitment to expanding in high-growth markets like Telangana.
