IHG Hotels & Resorts signed a management agreement for Holiday Inn in Siliguri with Four Vedas Hotels & Resorts Private Limited. The joint venture includes Kaysons Group, Sagar Group, and Golden Goenka Group. The agreement confirms the launch of the project in 2027.
IHG Siliguri will feature 111 well-appointed rooms designed for both business and leisure travellers. Additionally, the property will offer three distinctive dining outlets catering to a variety of cuisines and preferences. The project will also include two flexible meeting venues equipped with modern facilities to support conferences, corporate events, and MICE activities.
