Kalpataru signs 1,400 INR-Crore GDV redevelopment project in Andheri West

Kalpataru Limited has signed a redevelopment agreement for Shree Mahalakshmi CHS located off Veera Desai Road in Andheri, Mumbai. The Andheri West redevelopment project carries an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of about 1,400 INR-Crore. The company announced the agreement on Thursday, March 12 as part of its ongoing redevelopment expansion in Mumbai.

The project will span approximately 3 Acres of land. The proposed development is expected to generate about 0.4 Million-SqFt of carpet area. The redevelopment will replace existing residential structures and create new housing infrastructure within the site. It will also incorporate modern residential towers along with supporting building systems and urban infrastructure. In addition, the project will include upgraded safety systems, utilities, and vertical transportation facilities.

Once completed, the Andheri West redevelopment project will add to Kalpataru’s residential portfolio in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The project will also strengthen the company’s redevelopment pipeline while contributing to the renewal of aging housing stock in Mumbai’s western suburbs.
