Accordingly, selected consultant will assess demand, prepare financial models, and structure the PPP framework. The consultant will also outline the implementation roadmap. Currently, the project remains at the feasibility stage. Once approved, the Karnataka multiplex film complex will strengthen Bengaluru’s position as a key cultural and cinematic hub.
