Keystone Realtors Limited has signed an agreement with the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) for the GTB Nagar redevelopment project in Sion Koliwada, Mumbai. The redevelopment carries an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of about 4,521 INR-Crore and will be executed under MHADA’s cluster redevelopment framework.

The development will span around 11.19 Acres and will involve the reconstruction of 25 existing residential buildings. The project will rehabilitate over 1,200–1,400 families currently residing in the area. It will have a saleable area of approximately 20.7 Lakh SqFt.
