KP Group plans to invest an estimated 4,000 INR-Crore to develop 855 MW of renewable energy projects in Gujarat. This portfolio includes large-scale solar power projects and ISTS-connected wind-solar hybrid facilities. As part of the initiative, the company formalized the investment by signing an MoU on 12 January at the Marwadi University, Rajkot.
KP Group plans to develop the proposed renewable energy projects across Devbhumi Dwarka and Kutch in Gujarat. In Devbhumi Dwarka, it plans a 200 MW DC solar project under the DREBP scheme with an investment of about 800 INR-Crore. The site will also host ISTS-connected wind–solar hybrid projects of 100 MW and 150 MW, with investments of 800 INR-Crore and 1,200 INR-Crore, respectively.

Meanwhile, in Kutch, the company will develop a 405 MW solar power project at Bhuj, with a planned investment of around 1,200 INR-Crore. The investment is expected to create over 4,000 jobs, and KP Group will implement the projects in phases, subject to statutory approvals and regulatory clearances.
