Kreeva has entered into a joint development agreement for the housing project in Gurugram. The project will be developed off Southern Peripheral Road with an estimated investment of 350–400 INR-Crore. The company announced the development on Tuesday, April 7, marking its entry into the multi-generational housing segment.
The project will be developed on a land parcel of 3 Acres. It will have a built-up area of approximately 0.55 Million-SqFt. The development will further include around 200 residential units, with a portion designed for senior living. Consequently , the project will be executed through a joint development model with the landowner. Construction is expected to begin by the end of Q1 FY27.

Once completed, the Kreeva Gurugram housing project will add organised residential supply along the Southern Peripheral Road corridor. It will also support evolving demand for multi-generational housing formats in the Gurugram market.
