KSH INFRA has announced an estimated 550 INR-Crore investment for its second industrial park in Sriperumbudur. With this move, KSH aims to expand its logistics footprint across Tamil Nadu.
The proposed industrial park by KSH will be built on a 60 Acres site with modern warehousing and Grade A facilities. It will be a phased development with phase I spanning 1.6 Million-SqFt. The project is expected to be ready by 2026. Additionally, KSH’s industrial park will meet sustainability goals with green infrastructure and energy-efficient systems.

Furthermore, KSH will design the industrial park with multi-user flexibility, IoT support, and high-speed connectivity. Notably, this industrial park by KSH marks its third major investment in logistics, after Pune and Chakan.
