Landmark Group, on Wednesday, August 20, announced an estimated investment of 400 INR-Crore in its luxury residential project ‘Landmark SKYVUE’ at Sector 103 on Dwarka Expressway. The project spreads across an anticipated 4 Acres and offers only 240 apartments.
Landmark SKYVUE carries a revenue potential of about 1,200 INR-Crore. Moreover, the company launched the project at 17,500 INR per SqFt with apartments priced between 4.99 INR-Crore and 6.78 INR-Crore. Meanwhile, delivery will take place in four years. Moreover, it will follow a low-density design, with just 60 apartments per Acre compared to the standard 90–100 units. The company has owned the land since 2009 and has already cleared all approval charges with the authorities.

Landmark SKYVUE forms part of an 11 Acres land parcel. Phase I reached completion in 2013, while Phase III will launch in FY 2026. Meanwhile, Phase II covers 4 Acres with 240 three-side-open residences in 3BHK + utility and 4.5BHK + utility formats. The towers will stand 40 floors high above a three-level podium that will feature retail, a 1 Lakh-SqFt club, and wellness amenities. Additionally, a rooftop observatory will enhance the living experience.
Furthermore, the project will showcase modern amenities for families, including a skypad pickleball court, Japanese restaurant ‘Sora’, and a wellness club ‘Skydome’ with meditation spaces, plunge pool, and cryotherapy facilities approved by USFDA, CE, and ISO. The Landmark Group will fund construction with internal accruals, bank financing, and customer advances.
