The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has unveiled plans for an estimated 431 INR-Crore integrated divisional office in Gomtinagar. The authority aims to streamline administrative operations across 54 departments.
The proposed eight-storey LDA office complex will be located near Samta Mulak Chauraha, in Gomtinagar. Moreover, it will feature centralized office spaces, conference halls, training facilities, and green zones. The facility will also provide double basement parking for 900 vehicles.

The LDA divisional office in Gomtinagar is designed to consolidate key government departments under one roof, enhancing inter-departmental coordination and public service delivery. A detailed project report has been submitted to the housing department. Meanwhile, land transfer from the irrigation department currently underway.
Funding will be mobilized through a mix of government seed capital, LDA contributions, and monetization of surplus land and existing office properties. The project also includes provisions for a public grievance desk and modern amenities to support efficient governance.
