Leela Hotel BKC: Schloss Bangalore secures land for 250-Key Luxury Hotel

Schloss Bangalore, the parent company of The Leela Hotels, has secured a prime commercial plot in Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) to develop a 250-key luxury hotel. The Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) allotted the 8,411.88 SqM plot to Schloss Bangalore under an 80-year lease.

The total lease premium for the project stands at an estimated 1,302 INR-Crore. Meanwhile, the permissible built-up area is 33,647.52 SqM, ensuring ample space for a high-end hospitality experience. Schloss Bangalore plans to develop a mixed-use project, integrating luxury accommodations and commercial spaces.
