Lemon Tree Hotels announced that Fleur Hotels, its material subsidiary, secured a letter of Award (LoA) from the Delhi Development Authority for developing a 5-star hotel, named Aurika. The authority issued the award on Thursday, August 14, after Fleur Hotels emerged as the successful bidder for the 2.256 Acres site.
Aurika Hotel will offer more than a stay by creating a luxury experience that combines style, comfort, and service. Moreover, the project will become a landmark addition to the region’s hospitality sector. The project will involve design, development, and operational work on the licensed site. Aurika, Nehru Place, will include more than 500 rooms, making it one of the largest hotels in Delhi. Additionally, the property will provide premium accommodation, signature dining, large banqueting facilities, and a variety of leisure amenities.

The hospitality firm received the licence rights to a prime land parcel in Nehru Place, New Delhi. This will mark the brand’s first property in the National Capital Region. Moreover, the design will follow the model of Aurika, Mumbai SkyCity, while adding a strong Delhi character.
