Lemon Tree Hotels is expanding its presence in India with two new properties in Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh. The newly franchised Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels, Varanasi, located in UP, will offer 153 elegantly designed rooms. It will also feature a restaurant, banquet facilities, a conference room, a swimming pool, a fitness center, and a spa.
The second project, Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Rewa, in Madhya Pradesh, will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels. The hotel will have 50 well-appointed rooms. It will also feature two restaurants, a banquet hall, a swimming pool, and other public areas. Rewa Airport is about 19 Km away, while Rewa Railway Station is 13 Km from the property.

Meanwhile, the company has not disclosed the exact project timelines. Both hotels will enhance the local hospitality landscape by offering high-quality accommodations and modern amenities in these key cities.
