Livasa Hospitals has announced plans to develop a new multi-specialty healthcare facility in Ludhiana, Punjab. The project will involve an investment of approximately 360 INR-Crore and will add a 368-bed healthcare facility to the city’s medical infrastructure.
The upcoming hospital will be developed on 9,500+ SqYd of freehold land. The facility will have a built-up area of over 2.3 Lakh-SqFt. Livasa Hospitals will invest approximately 235 INR-Crore in the project. The total project investment will reach about 360 INR-Crore, including the landowner’s contribution. The hospital include modern diagnostic infrastructure, operation theaters, intensive care units, and emergency care systems. Additionally, the facility will incorporate specialized departments to support advanced medical treatments and critical care services.

Once operational, the Ludhiana healthcare facility is expected to improve access to tertiary healthcare services in Ludhiana and surrounding regions. The development will also strengthen the city’s healthcare infrastructure and support growing demand for advanced medical services across Punjab.
