Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has secured a significant order, valued between 1,000 INR-Crore and 2,500 INR-Crore, for the Hyderabad Greenfield Radial Road phase-2 project. The company confirmed the development in a filing to the BSE, classifying the contract as ‘significant’ under its order categorization framework.
The Hyderabad Radial Road phase-2 holds strategic importance as the first radial connector linking the city’s outer ring road to the proposed 340 Km regional ring road. The project involves the construction of a 22.3 Km, 3+3 lane access-controlled radial road. Consequently, it will enhance regional mobility and support urban expansion.

Under the contract, L&T will build a 3.6 Km viaduct along with minor bridges, underpasses, and culverts. The scope also includes service roads on both sides, extensive retention structures, and stormwater drainage systems. Additionally, it will feature footpaths, cycle tracks, and landscaping works. The company plans to deploy advanced engineering solutions to ensure durability and timely delivery.
Officials highlighted that the project will ease traffic congestion, reduce travel time, and improve access to emerging growth centers around Hyderabad. By winning the Hyderabad Radial Road phase-2 order, L&T further reinforces its role as a leading partner in India’s infrastructure growth story.
