M3M India recently announced it will invest 2,100 INR-Crore to develop M3M Jacob Noida, a luxury residential project in partnership with global brand Jacob & Co. The project covers six Acres in Noida’s central business district and is designed to set new standards in ultra-luxury living. With an estimated revenue of 3,500 INR-Crore, the development reflects M3M India’s growing focus on premium urban housing and sustainable architecture.
M3M Jacob Noida will offer 3 BHK, 4 BHK, and 5 BHK residences. The construction will take place in two phases, with the first phase delivering 150 branded homes and the second adding 100 ultra-luxury serviced residences. The project is expected to be completed within three years. Furthermore, each home will feature a limited-edition Jacob & Co. timepiece and interiors inspired by the brand’s signature design.

The project’s prime location near Delhi, Noida’s business district, and the upcoming Jewar Airport will draw high-net-worth buyers.
