M3M India has partnered with global designer Elie Saab to develop two ultra-luxury residential projects in Gurugram & Noida. Together, these projects involve an estimated investment of 3,500 INR-Crore.
The Gurugram project, located in Sector 111 on the Dwarka Expressway, will cost around 2,000 INR-Crore. The development will consist of 300 residences featuring 4BHK with sizes ranging from 4,200 to 4,650 SqFt. The company will build around 1.3 Million-SqFt area in this project.

Additionally, the Noida project, developed under the Smartworld brand, involves an investment of around 1,500 INR-Crore. It will span an anticipated 6 Acres and offer 200 residences with 3 & 4 BHK sized between 2,850 and 3,810 SqFt. The total developable area is 1.2 Million-SqFt. Furthermore, both projects focus on premium layouts, refined interiors, & branded design. With marquee developments taking shape across Gurugram and Noida, M3M continues to strengthen its ultra-luxury residential footprint in key NCR markets.
