Manglam Group has launched a major commercial development in Jaipur with an investment of about 400 INR-Crore. The project, named “Summit Signature Sangam”, marks another large real estate initiative by Manglam Group in the city’s growing business corridor. The commercial complex will rise on a site of more than 11,500 Sq-Yards along the Ajmer Road and Civil Lines corridor. Additionally, the project is being developed in collaboration with Sangam India Limited.
Furthermore, Manglam Group has planned the commercial complex as a ground-plus-three-floor structure designed for modern office use. Office spaces will start from around 1,100 SqFt, which allows companies to set up larger workspaces. Additionally, the project will feature multi-level basement parking for more than 400 vehicles to support business operations. The building will also offer a large entrance lobby, glass elevators, landscaped zones, rooftop open spaces, and food and beverage outlets to improve the working environment.

Meanwhile, Manglam Group has selected the Ajmer Road–Civil Lines corridor for this commercial project because it connects key business and administrative areas of Jaipur. The site sits close to the metro network, railway stations, and the airport, which improves accessibility for companies and visitors. Furthermore, the location provides multi-directional highway connectivity, which can support future business growth.
