Marathon Nextgen Realty Ltd announced the launch of three new residential towers in Mumbai’s Bhandup, with a total project value of 370 INR-Crore. The rollout includes a new tower within the 6.5 Acres “Neo Park” layout, built on a 5,100 SqM plot. It offers nearly 1.2 Lakh-SqFt of saleable carpet area with an estimated GDV of 200 INR-Crore.
Along with this, Marathon Realty introduced the second tower of “Neovalley Narmada” and the third tower of “Neo Park Ashoka”. This will add around 1 Lakh-SqFt of saleable space and generating an additional GDV of 170 INR-Crore. In total, nearly 2.2 Lakh-SqFt of residential supply is being launched under the Neohomes category. Marathon has already completed over 700 Neohomes in Bhandup, with Neosquare receiving its OC and the next phase progressing toward completion.

Bhandup continues to emerge as a key residential hub due to improved connectivity, such as the Goregaon–Mulund Link Road and the upcoming Shangrila Metro Station. Kaivalya Shah, Director, Marathon Nextgen Realty, stated that the area remains central to the company’s growth strategy. He added that this is further supported by expanding lifestyle infrastructure. The Marathon Group now operates across the MMR with more than 100 completed projects and a portfolio spanning several million square feet.
