MiniMines Cleantech Solutions has signed an estimated 2,350 INR-Crore MoU with the Karnataka Government to build a Giga Critical Minerals Refining Complex in Bengaluru. The first phase will refine 15,000 MTA, producing an annual throughput of 13,400 Tonnes. Its estimated output, valued at 500–600 INR-Crore, will support industries such as electric vehicles, renewable energy, aerospace, defence, and electronics.
Additionally, the complex will employ MiniMines’ patented Hybrid-Hydrometallurgy (HHM) process for lithium-ion battery recycling. It will integrate HydroMag REE Loop technology to recover rare earth magnets. A research and training center will support innovation, skill development, and technology transfer in circular mineral processing. Once operational, the facility is expected to create over 1,500 jobs.
