Mittal Builders has partnered with House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL) to co-develop an anticipated 11 Acres township in Mumbai. The companies plan to invest an estimated 2,000 INR-Crore. The project, located in Naigaon, will feature over 4,600 apartments and a high-street retail corridor.
Under a Joint Development Agreement, the township will span 30 Lakh-SqFt and be launched in Q2 FY26. The venture targets a Gross Development Value (GDV) of 3,000 INR-Crore over the next 3–5 years.

The collaboration in Mumbai blends Mittal Builders’ legacy of 50 Million-SqFt across major cities with HoABL’s expertise in plotted and vertical development. The project will be delivered in phases and aims to create a self-sustained urban ecosystem.
