NBCC (India) Ltd has secured an estimated 3,700 INR-Crore order from the Rajasthan Government to develop a mixed-use urban project in Jaipur. This will further reinforce its growing footprint in large-scale infrastructure. This NBCC initiative will be executed on land allotted by the Rajasthan State Industrial Development & Investment Corporation (RIICO), located along the B2 Bypass on Tonk Road.
The overall project will be developed over an anticipated 95 Acres of land parcel. Furthermore, it includes the construction of the Rajasthan Mandapam Convention Center, a world-class facility with a seating capacity of 7,500 spread across nearly 25 Acres. Additional components include a Global Capability Centre (GCC) Tower, an IT Tower, luxury hotels, and integrated commercial and residential infrastructure.

NBCC has been appointed as the lead agency to design, build, and market the entire development. The project is expected to catalyze investment, employment, and urban innovation in Jaipur. Moreover, it aligns with Rajasthan’s broader vision for smart city growth and economic diversification.
