Kerala advanced its logistics network as NDR Space Pvt Ltd launched a 250 INR-Crore Logistics Park near Aluva. The foundation stone was laid by State Industries Minister, P. Rajeeve, marking a significant industrial milestone. The project will span an anticipated 16 Acres and aims to create around 300 direct and indirect jobs. Furthermore, it will enhance regional supply chain efficiency through modern infrastructure and advanced facilities.
The Aluva facility is scheduled for commissioning by March 2026 under NDR Space’s expansion plan. The company plans to develop Two Million-SqFt of Grade-A warehousing and industrial space across Kerala. Additionally, the Kerala Logistics Park project will cater to the FMCG, pharmaceuticals, e-commerce, and 3PL sectors. It will use efficient design and technology-driven systems to improve operational productivity. Once operational, the park will become a major pillar of Kerala’s logistics modernisation drive. It will attract high-value industries, promote employment, and support sustainable industrial growth.

Minister Rajeeve emphasised that the project represents the 100th investment under the Invest Kerala Summit. The state secured 36,000 INR-Crore in investments, generating nearly 50,000 jobs. Moreover, Kerala achieved an investment conversion rate of 24%, much higher than the national average of 14–15%. This performance highlights the growing investor confidence in Kerala Logistics Park projects and related sectors.
