Chennai-based NDR Warehousing forays into Kerala to set up storage space

Chennai-based NDR Warehousing has entered the industrial landscape of Kerala, setting up a Grade A storage facility to boost logistics infrastructure. With a proposed 250 INR-Crore investment in FY 2025-26, the facility will feature semi-to fully-automated systems.

As announced at the Invest Kerala Global Summit, NDR Warehousing has acquired an anticipated 16 Acres near Aluva for the project. The land has been secured under two SPVs—NDR Storewell Warehousing LLP (8 Acres) and NDR Space Private Limited (8.39 Acres)—to support large-scale logistics operations.

Using high-precision mechanical technology, the upcoming project will enhance inventory and stock management. This will further ensure efficiency for industries like retail, pharmaceuticals, and e-commerce.
