The Odisha Government has cleared 11 new industrial projects worth a total estimated 1,332.80 INR-Crore through its Single-Window Clearance Authority (SLSWCA). The approvals highlight the state’s focus on attracting investment and strengthening its manufacturing base. The Odisha industrial projects are expected to generate employment opportunities for 7,474 people.
The cleared projects span a wide range of sectors, including metal ancillary and downstream industries, food and seafood processing, textiles and apparel, and chemicals, etc.
- Pasupati Agrovet Pvt Ltd will invest 200 INR-Crore in a shrimp processing unit in Khurda.
- Sree Lakshmi Apparels Pvt Ltd will set up a readymade garments unit in Cuttack with an investment of 60 INR-Crore.
- Kalinga Copper Pvt Ltd plans a copper foil manufacturing unit in Dhenkanal with an investment of 150 INR-Crore.
- MM Castings Pvt Ltd will invest 65 INR-Crore in Ganjam to manufacture high manganese steel crusher parts.

Other proposals include projects in green hydrogen and ammonia production, tourism facilities, logistics hubs, coal beneficiation plants, and IT services. These will cover districts such as Angul, Cuttack, Dhenkanal, Ganjam, Jagatsinghpur, Khurda, and Mayurbhanj.

- Sara Green Energy Pvt Ltd – 250 INR-Crore 20,000‑tonne green ammonia project in Ganjam.
- Carriers Pvt Ltd – 159.75 crore private freight terminal in Angul.
- Khimji Retail Venture Pvt Ltd – 50.85 INR-Crore luxury resort in Mayurbhanj.
- Sapient Coal Beneficiation Pvt Ltd – 58.20 INR-Crore coal beneficiation plant in Angul.
- Quarks Technosoft Pvt Ltd – 68 INR-Crore software development unit in Khurda.
- Sourcingbrains Lab Pvt Ltd – 51 INR-Crore ESDM unit in Khurda for telematics devices and smart meters.
Officials noted that these investments will enhance production capacity, strengthen supply chains, and improve infrastructure in key districts. Furthermore, the projects align with long-term industrial policy goals of Odisha, including balanced regional growth and increased private sector participation.
