Omaxe, a real estate company, has launched a township in Amritsar, Punjab, located just 12 minutes away from the Golden Temple. The company has acquired an anticipated 260 Acres of land for this project. In the 1st phase, 127 Acres would be developed with an investment of over 1,000 INR-Crore.
All the necessary approvals, including RERA registrations, have been received, and the project will be developed in phases. The company is offering 300, 500, and 1,000 Sq Yards residential plots with the estimated completion time of 4 years.

The township by Omaxe in Punjab includes amenities such as wide internal roads, landscaped greens, and walking and cycling tracks. The larger landscape of the project also includes commercial spaces, a school, an exclusive clubhouse, and community infrastructure.
