Omaxe Ltd has partnered with The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) to create India’s first stadium hotel at The Omaxe State in Dwarka, Delhi. The project, estimated at 4,200 INR-Crore, will include a 158-key Gateway hotel. It will further feature 40 stadium-view suites inside a 30,000-seat international cricket-cum-football stadium.
Alongside the stadium, IHCL will operate a 250,000 SqFt members-only club. Furthermore, it will offer fine dining, lounges, Olympic-size pools, spa and wellness zones, co-working spaces, sports arenas, and banqueting halls. Strategically located near Bharat Vandana Park and Yashobhoomi Convention Center, the project is scheduled for completion in 2027.

Omaxe Ltd is developing The Omaxe State across 50.4 Acres in partnership with the Delhi Development Authority under a PPP model. The project blends sports, retail, leisure, and hospitality in a single mixed-use hub. At its center, the stadium will meet ICC and FIFA standards. Additionally, 108 rooms will be located in the adjoining premium club building. With these facilities, the IHCL stadium hotel marks a new era for sports and hospitality in India.
