Omaxe Ltd has announced an estimated 1,200 INR-Crore investment to develop a 450 Acres Township in Indore. The project will be executed in phases and is expected to generate 2,500 INR-Crore in revenue over three years.
The proposed Omaxe Township in Indore will feature residential plots, housing clusters, commercial zones, retail areas, schools, healthcare centers, and hospitality spaces. It will be located along the city’s fast-growing Super Corridor.

Moreover, the company will fund the project through internal accruals. This move aligns with Omaxe’s strategy to expand in Tier-II cities. The township aims to create a future-ready ecosystem with integrated infrastructure.
